'12s bokehs
Some bokehs from New York City, mostly by the end of the year for the colors!
As a polyvalent photographer, I have basically no real specialty. I get lucky finding inspiration either in sharpness or in blurriness. This article content is my best bokeh selection of 2012.
The few following ones and the cover picture have been taken between the Rockefeller Center and Time Square (I can't remember the exact location):
I shot that one while I was hanging out in the Bronx, by sunset:
Ceiling neon lights of the building between the W 15th and 16th St from the High Line path:
From the High Line, about the same location as the previous one:
This one's the Sephora display on the 9th Ave between W 12th and 13rd St:
The Macellaria terrace on Gansevoort St:
As you can see, there aren't many of them since it's not something I'm necessarily looking for. Bokeh inspiration and compostion skills are not the easiest to find but once again, NYC seduced me in that way...
